ACVIB ASSOCIATION OF DRIVERS OF VISITORS OF Ibicoara - is an association of local guides, accredited to the Municipal Tourism Environment and Culture. It was the first association of guides created Ibicoara. Created with the aim of protecting the environment, through the fire fighting brigades in the Chapada Diamantina National Park, preservation of flora, fauna and environmental education of local communities, ACVIB became one of the most important NGOs in Ibicoara and region. With the discoveries of waterfalls Ibicoara, especially Buracão and little smoke, Ibicoara became known, attracting visitors from around the world, which also guides the association develops a very important job, leading visitors to the sights and passing information about the history of the city.
